A Message from Academic + Campus Events (ACE)
The University continues to support the efforts of our country and our province as we implement measures aimed at containing and responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. We remain committed to the three core activities of teaching, residences and critical research, and the services to support these activities.
The health, safety and well-being of our community members is very important to us. We regret to inform you that owing to the current situation with COVID-19, all University of Toronto buildings continue to be closed to the general public and all events and activities until August 31, 2020 are cancelled.
Academic + Campus Events will continue to suspend accepting new booking requests as our preparations are focused on the need to ensure the health of our community, and the commitment to our three core activities. Once conditions permit, we will be in touch with further information about the possible rescheduling of activities.
Please accept our best wishes for your continued health and well-being.

University of Toronto, Downtown Campus ➜
In an effort to control the number of wedding parties using the St. George Campus at any given time, the University has adopted a policy which will permit, but limit, the use by the general public of exterior sites on the St. George campus as wedding photo session locations.
The Acadamic and Campus Events administers the policy and books site location reservations upon receipt of written requests. Permission will be given to such requests on a first come, first served basis. Permission will be given for the use of a specific site on a specific weekend or statutory holiday, at a specific time, for a one hour duration.
How to Book
Things to Note
- Booking is one site per hour
- Photographing without booking is prohibited, as it may interfere with University operation or with other wedding parties
